Account Number and Password Required:
An account number is required the first time you enter a trouble ticket. The account number is 852679511. Be sure to select the tab for the type of trouble ticket you would like to enter and complete the entire form. Enter a separate ticket for each issue in your room.
A password is required to submit each type of trouble ticket. The password is "problem" for technology trouble tickets. Only principals or their designee can enter maintenance trouble tickets with the password provided to their site.
