Who We Are
Orangeburg County Consolidated School District Three serves the townships of Elloree, Eutawville, Holly Hill, Santee, and Vance. The district is comprised of six schools: Lake Marion High School and Technology Center, Holly Hill-Roberts Middle School, Elloree Elementary School, Holly Hill Elementary School, St. James-Gaillard Elementary School, and Vance-Providence Elementary School. Our district's projected enrollment this school year is approximately 3000 students, serving students in pre-kindergarten through grade twelve.

positive future leaders.
Orangeburg Consolidated School District Three is located in the lower southeastern part of South Carolina. The district is the site of a major Heritage Corridor Discovery Trail and is comprised of one high school and a combined state of the arts Technology Center, one middle school, one PK through eight school, and three elementary schools. The district is comprised of the townships of Elloree, Eutawville, Holly Hill, Providence, Santee, and Vance.
A substantial portion of the school district constitutes the resort areas in Santee and Eutaw Springs along the banks of the Santee-Cooper Lakes. The area has directed its attention to developing recreation and tourism as an industry, and is attractive to sport and industrial fishing, golfing, boating, water skiing, and other outdoor activities. Numerous recreational facilities to include several 18-hole championship golf courses, swimming and tennis facilities, and three attractive country clubs thrive in the area.
