Special Services

Welcome to the Special Services Department website. The goal of this website is to provide you with a user-friendly and informative online experience that reflects 21st Century communication solutions and learning experiences for all stakeholders in the Orangeburg County Consolidated School District Three community. Orangeburg Three currently serves over 400 students with disabilities in special education programs.  The Special Services Department offers a full continuum of services for all thirteen categories of disabilities as defined in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004.

The Special Services Department supports the vision and mission of the Orangeburg County Consolidated School District Three by providing support to school personnel and will prepare all students for high school graduation and to become positive future leaders.
